Venue Review – Burleigh Pavilion

As if Burleigh couldn’t get any better, the newly opened Burleigh Pavilion has absolutely lived up to the hype for the first few months it’s been open.  Proving to be a bit of a game changer for the area – think beach to bar (literally), sweeping views with beach club feel.

On one end of this impressive structure is The Tropic, a restaurant led by head chef Guillaume Zika, with a produce-driven menu of local and northern NSW sourced ingredients. There are some definite highlights in the menu to delight the senses and all with an unforgettable backdrop! For a post-swim casual feel, The Terrace is the place to be, an outdoor space for all ages, easily making the most of the seaside views and summer sounds.

It is safe to say that Burleigh Pavilion is Instagram heaven, the light is perfect on this terrace style waterfront location: high ceilings, timber accents and clean white finish. With a Burleigh inspired cocktail menu almost as long as the beach, this is a Gold Coast hot spot that can’t be missed.
