Event Focus – Revive Second-hand Fashion Festival

LOUD events are very excited and looking forward to the Revive Second-hand Fashion Festival at the Cultural Forecourt of South Bank Parklands on 17 August 2019! Bringing this together on behalf of Brisbane City Council in the lead up to National Op Shop Week.

Be sure to mark this on in the Calendar with a day filled with local charities, retailers and a full program including second-hand fashion runways, interviews with key influencers and leaders in the slow fashion movement, workshops, live entertainment and some of Brisbane’s best food trucks.

Brisbane City Council is committed to keeping Brisbane clean and green by reducing the amount of textile waste sent to landfill, encouraging rethinking your purchases, expressing your individuality with second-hand clothes and repairing your clothing.
Don’t miss out on seeing the stunning sustainable looks that will be showcased on the runway, inspiring you to create your own looks from Brisbane’s charities and second-hand clothing stalls!
