Event Focus – Corporate Sales Awards Gala

LOUD events for the second year in a row produced a black tie gala awards dinner full of both entertainment and ceremony, finding that perfect balance between both.
The event featured a huge line up including Ricky Lee Coulter and a 45 person flash mob. Tim Campbell was Master of Ceremonies adding his professional and entertaining touch to the event, and the music of Lisa Hunt got everyone out of their seats and on the dance floor after dinner.

The customised stage set included a central 10m LED screen with square side screens set on the diagonal and various sized square panels also set on the diagonal. These created an interesting pattern and shapes to project onto. The table centres took inspiration from the embers of a fire and all preproduction included the warm glow and sparks of red and orange.

The event from start to finish was scripted and polished with all presenters well practised sitting in on script reviews and reads prior to the event. It’s the precision to detail that ensures the perfect execution.
