2021 Conferencing in Brisbane…

As restrictions continue to ease, we’re excited to continue working with our clients to find conferencing solutions. With that in mind, we thought we’d feature some of our favourite local conference hotels, that offer the flexibility of plenary, breakout and onsite stays.


This 5-star hotel features. High-speed internet access, video conferencing, technical services and support teams ensure all events held at Sofitel Brisbane Central. With a fabulous sized ballroom, for plenary, and the flexibility to divide the room for breakouts, along with a number of smaller breakout rooms.


Centrally located on the Queen Street Mall, Hilton offers over 3000 m2  of meeting space with 15 meeting rooms, an 895M2 ballroom, plus 319 guest rooms. It is a fabulous option for a conference with exhibition, plenary and hybrid options.


If you are looking for a unique boutique conference or meeting, you can’t go past the Emporium for the smaller sized conferences and meetings. With a three-way divided ballroom, plus a selection of smaller boardrooms. Not to mention the great selection of in house social function spaces.


With eleven conference rooms, and inner-city location. Mercure Brisbane is a great four-star venue option for sales meeting, conferences, and workshops. With three floors of event facilities, and all floors offer ample pre-function areas filled with natural light. They also offer competitive mid-market pricing and a very inclusive Mindful Meetings packages.


The Pullman is a great option when your delegates have varying budgets, with the option of both 4 and 5 star accommodation rooms. With over 1,000m2 of flexible conference and party spaces, including two large ballrooms with large exhibit access, and multiple spaces featuring natural light and views overlooking King George Square and the surrounding streets. The property also has great social function offerings with a Rooftop Pool Bar with fabulous city views.
