What is isolation if there is not a little friendly competition involved? In true LOUD events style the crew had a ‘pasta off’.

What is a ‘pasta off’ you ask? It involves countless hours of studying and preparation, a clear strategy to outwit your peers and ingenuity to take the crown as the Pasta Master, a coveted title that comes with extreme bragging rights. The purpose: to weed out those recipes that we all claim are the ‘best’.

In the past this serious sport has seen each of the crew produce culinary delights (and let’s face it, some not so delightful treats) with one key ingredient or a specific dish in the brief. We have quickly come to realise that we will leave catering to the professionals.
