Event Focus – Activations

LOUD events have been busying planning and executing a calendar of activations for a favourite client. The activations were in celebration of launching their newest display village and were used to encourage potential buyers to the area each weekend.

To ensure the brief was met careful consideration was taken to ensure a range of activities that appealed to the different target demographics were created within budget. Without giving away all our secrets here are a peak at some of the fun we have had.

1. Loaded Hot Chocolate Cart and chocolate fondue
Placed in the backyard a branded hot chocolate cart saw guests’ eyes light up as they indulged in a sweet treat. Loaded items ranged from branded donuts, cookie pieces, cream and sprinkles. For those that were simply after caffeine, they came to the right place with barista coffee available. If that was not enough a complete fondue station was set on the kitchen bench with fresh fruits, brownies, marshmallows, pretzels…the list goes on! Needless to say, we had some very happy people with chocolate all over their faces!

2. Face painting, ice cream cart and reptiles

A weekend with something for everyone! Children we entertained by a lively entertainer as she painted faces and had some ‘tricks’ in her fairy wings. Gourmet ice cream served in branded cups offered a refreshing treat on a warm summer’s day. The final piece to the puzzle was roving reptile representative educating attendees on different species including snakes, lizards and turtles. All activities offered great photo opportunities

3. Grazing table paired with a gin tasting
A stunning grazing platter was created on the kitchen island bench showcasing the homes entertainer friendly feel. Guests were wowed as they entered the space! In the lounge area, a gin specialist had set up a cart with tasting notes, props and signage for a unique tasting experience.

If you follow LOUD events on Instagram you will have seen the above and a range of activations showcased on our story, make sure you don’t miss the fun and follow @loudeventsau!

Over the past few weeks, we feel like we have become a part of this community meeting builders and potential residents. We absolutely love working alongside our client taking the stress away from them, allowing them to focus on marketing and development of the area.
